Chairman Li Ruohong and H.E. Ambassador LuisSchmidt shake hands
On Jul 3rd, 2013, Mr. Li Ruohong, Chairmanof China World Peace Foundation, led Shandong entrepreneur delegation toChilean Embassy to China and held talks with H.E. Ambassador Luis Schmidt. On that meeting, Mr. Li Ruohong and AmbassadorLuis Schmidt signed on China-Chile Friendship Association founding agreement.Since then, China-Chile Friendship Association was formally established.
After thesigning ceremony, both sides exchanged their ideas on the operation of thisassociation as well as specific ways and projects for cooperation. They allagreed that China-Chile Friendship Association was established to improve thefriendly exchanges and cooperation in social, cultural and economic fields bothat governmental and civil level, which contributes to the forever friendshipbetween the two peoples.
