On the afternoon of January 11, 2022, the famous Costa Rican portrait painter Mr. Juan Manuel Delgado visited Beijing Peace Garden Museum , held talks on multicultural and cross-border cooperation with Curator Li Ruohong, President of China World Peace Foundation, and was shown around the Peace Garden Museum.

Curator Li Ruohong encouraged Mr. Juan to give full play to his own advantages, cooperate with more international young artists to take advantage of Beijing Peace Garden Museum as creative workshop, contribute to the cause of peace with better and more works, promote the friendship between China and Latin America and the two countries with cultural industry, and try to make some achievements in Beijing, the City of Museums and International Consumers.

Mr. Juan Manuel Delgado praised Beijing Peace Garden Museum as a world-class Museum. He said that he was fascinated in observing and perceiving the world with his eyes and hands since childhood, and learned experience by constantly observing details and distance, which is his way to understand the material world. His paintings are all over North America, Central America, South America, Europe and Asia. He praised that Beijing Peace Garden Museum has meaningful and precious collections all over the world, and expressed his admiration for the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation's dedication to peace, public welfare and the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage.             

During the conversation, they agreed that art is a bridge to the hearts of the people. Only by abiding by this principle and innovation can we expand space and sustainable development.
